the thermostat valve was genuine it also had the jiggle valve but i dont know why the air was being trapped hence i made the hole bigger and it worked out great.
when i drilled it out was installing i came to know about the position of the hole which you pointed out to be 12 o clock
I dont know whether the mechanic placed it the right position when it was only the jiggle valve may be this could be a issue but i dont understand what happened to the bubbles where are the bubbles now and what happened to the engine earlier when this all started although the thermostat was working fine so why did it all started suddenly
