Car overheating

I have Mini pajero 1995 modal 4x4 automatic...I dont know much about cars but from past 1 month my car is overheating. It only happens when the car is on idle or running on low speed. I have changed radiator and my car is having Clutch fan which is also working fine but still I am facing this problem...Can anyone help me out to solve this issue and second thing is that whether this car is having thermostat valve or not ?

If you dont know about cars, how did you deduce your clutched fan is working?

What you wrote is it overheats at standstill which is 90% of times due to bad fan clutch. And rest due to other things like clogged passages in engine.

Then how to check fan because it is spinning and according to my mechanic It is fine

Even a dead fan clutch spins.

What matters is that is “clutches” when the air from the radiator gets hot which then heats up the fan clutch. Then the fan moves a lot of air and makes a tornado sound as you rev the engine.

Without the “clutching” the fan clutch simply spins and can be stopped too by something. When the clutch is locked on, you wont be able to stop it.

I am not able to stop the fan when enging is running and when the engine is off I can't even spin it with my hands. It gets stuck at that time

Is your fan permanently locked?

Engine cooled with water? Or coolant mix?

Someone messed with your fan, its not supposed to be locked solid like that.

And your overheat problem is not due to the tan but somethiing else.

Find a sensible mechanic who knows how to diagnose overheating issues. Diagnosing over the internet wont work as its not a simple “ye set kardo” repair.
