Salam Alaikum!
I hope everyone is doing fine. I wanted to know how much does it for the Car Ownership Card to be transferred to the new owner. I bought the car last month, the ownership has been transferred against my name and the card status is "DISPATCH" for a week now but I've not received the car yet.

Sorry if this is a basic question but I bought the car for the very first time and don't know these things. Looking forward to getting some informative responses.

which city are you in ans province?
I have experience in Lahore of transfer of ownership and issuance of new smart card. Also have a trusted guy if you need one to do it for you for a fee.

Sometimes the card is ready and they dont send it and it just stays at their facility. One has to go and check. When i bought my current car the owner had just transferred the car to his name for security reasons. The deal was finalized and i waited for the smart card to be delivered to the owner and it took almost a month and he had to get it picked from excise office. Later when i transferred the car i had to get the card picked up myself as it was just sitting at excise office.

plz give him my reference. Safaid Dala wala salman from NCA. lol. he will understand. He can come to you and take travel charges or you can visit him at upper mall near kachehri. He is an honest guy.
