Car PA system (loud speaker)

hey guys so i had one of these installed in my car a while back but it was really low quality and the sound wasnt that loud, so i gave it away to some mechanic who asked for it. wondering if anyone knows where i can get a good quality one with good loud sound around peshawar or islamabad.
here's a pic so u guys know wat im talking abt
oh and if anyone knows if these come built in with certain radios (the walkie talkies that fit into cars) let me know, it would save me having 2 mic's in the car.

i got a police siren installed in my car,that had a mic too but u had to speak loud for that :S

yes that's pretty much the same one i had, no sound unless u speak really loudly directly into it.

well there were 2 of em
50 watt which had 3 shounds n was for 800rs
100watt which was obviously louder than previous one n for 2200rs...
i checked at f10 n g9,at g9 they didnt had 100watt,so went back to f10,asked them price again,n just when i was about to get 50 watt,i asked him price of 100 watt,n this time he gave a huge discount himself with fitting,i said sure install it

i often see few cars here that have blue n red light leds type thing on front grill same like police car lights but one was camry other was LC

shop was auto decor in f10 markaz,after few shops from shahid autos.....

its not legal, these are used by traffic police and ambulances only, we should avoid these as a responsible citizens.

hahaha its paki stubborn nation
now this dont works on atleast the STUBBORN slow moving drivers in fast lane,so i blind em with HID
the one i have has 5 different sounds,2 of police,n other of ambulance,fire brigade n dont remember the last one

u cant blind no matter what u do,i got a jet black tint on rear windshield,so all those who try to get back at me fail seriously
