Car Radiator Cleaning - My First DIY on PW

Hi guys,

Assalam-o-Alekum,

This is my first DIY post about Car Radiator Cleaning.

Things I used:

1. Spray Bottle.
2. Harpic (10% Harpic with 90% water)
3. A hose pipe for cleaning.
4. Blower (optional)

Steps taken to clean:

1. Removed the radiator from vehicle.
2. Carefully removed any major debris with any soft brush.
3. Spray thoroughly the liquid with spray bottle and leave for 30 minutes, at least.
4. Wash with water with help of hose pipe (No high pressure which can damage the fins)
5. Repeat steps 4 & 5, if necessary. I repeated because radiator was neglected for a very long time and you can see the condition as well

PLUS:

I painted the radiator cover, bottom and the fan as well for my own satisfaction and it turned out really nice

P.S. Sorry for the low quality pics for BEFORE section, seemed like the camera lens gone dirty by seeing the filthy condidtion of radiator

I don't need to learn the definition of DIY from you - DIY means Do It Yourself, which I have done. You're not seeing an expert DIY, as I have mentioned its my first DIY so if you don't like then just stay away and don't pollute this forum with your harsh words.
