Car record not showing on isb excise website

Salam Guys! The Record of my Islamabad registered car is not showing on Islamabad excise online verification system. What could be the issue here i am very tensed due to this. Car is registered on my mamu name. Can someone help me with this.

The website is working absolutely flawless. You just need to visit http://islamabadexcise.gov.pk and click on "Vehicle Information Detail".

I have myself checked for my 2 ex and 01 current cars. Latest, updated record is being shown there.

There is a clear disclaimer that its not currently fully launched and in test phase. My vehicle was also not showing when it launched. A few days later, it did.

Token data is also not updated for the vehicles which are paying token tax in Post Offices.

So guys i went to Islamabad excise early morning and got a DVS (Database Verification System)slip from counter # 12. Came to know everything is fine and just for tasali sake i cross checked everything from record room as well. Staff at counter 12 nd record room told me that online system is not accurate and alot of people come to verify vehicle file juat bcz record shown on website is either wrong or missing adding they said it have clear disclaimer that data shown is not official, could be wrong or missing. Bottom line: wasted two hours + fuel lol

the new cars are generally missing from the website. I think it takes some time for them to make them available on the website. My old car is correctly displayed while the new one doesnt show any information yet.

I can see the car on city Islamabad app though. Should I be worried?

Rest of my cars are being shown on both website and app. what may be the issue with this car?

Most probably you car which is not shown is an imported car as I'm facing the same issue. The reason is the status of imported cars is suspended as govt asked for more taxes. Like for my 1000cc car registered in Jan 2019 I need to pay 15000 RS to change status from suspended.
