Hello PWlrsss.

I want to know that can I change my Cars registration number. Currently it is registered with lahore number and i am living in Islamabad from last 5 years.

Almost twice in a week Thulla's at naakaas stops me after watching over number plate, ask "kidher ja rahay hyn" and when I show them office card they said "Ye kis jaga hai" and etc etc.. I just want to get rid of this

Can I replace registration number to Islamabad?

You might or might not be able to do that.

My ICT registered car's smart card shows previous registration number from another city of Punjab.

However I am not sure about the process and the cost. Find an agent maybe.

Yes, it shows current ICT registered number on the front side and on the back of the card it shows previous registration number which was a city from Punjab.

So it seems yes its quite possible to change the registration city

province change was never possible

khi number car sell way cheaper in twin cities and very few buyers for them
everyone would have changed them to isb by now
