if the vehicle is under the current owner's name and owner is moving clear all taxes, obtain an noc from excise & taxation. obtain an noc from aclc / cplc for vehicle transfer outside the province xxxx. original file original book and plates are required to be in order.
present all such documents as in original file to new provincial regn authority pay the charges etc etc and you get a new book. then onward your taxes will be payable in that province.
