Brothers car rpm doesnot remain stable when AC is running.the car jerks and rpm comes down to 0 then again goes up its ok on petrol but on CNG its not stable.

Get throttle body cleaned. Ur prob will be solved.

check spark plugs. Maybe they also need replacement.. Enhance lil bit CNG flow.

Check CNG kit RPM adjustor, and adjust to suitable RPM on idle when the AC is ON.

Before opening throttle body, check you cng setting and spark plugs. A dirty air filter can also cause for rpm drop.

checked the idle valve as well which is in the the throttle body assembly?that gets jammed as well at times

I'm facing the very same problem with my civic. Changing plugs and cleaning the throttle body won't help. Just replace the MAF sensor or clean it. And your problem will be solved.

thats the idle set screw - aka the BISS - english = base idle set screw.

The idle valve for the throttle body shown in the picture would be bolted on the inlet manifold, on Pakistani Hondas its the large 3 wire solenoid type structure usually below the main throttle plate bore.

he felt that on cng only, on petrol its ok, i think something wrong with CNG idle RPM adjustor. what the experts think.

If its ok on Petrol doesnt seems like IACV problem....need to have CNG setting.

common prob becz when you convt your engine cng to petrol & petrol to cng then RPM comes down & dnt remain stable.

drive your Car on 1thing CNG or Petrol :-!
