I recently sold my car.kindly guide me is it necessary to write deed on stamp paper? on which stamp paper?if purchaser doesnt' transfer car to his name then how can we stay safe?

without delivery & sale deed with date & time of sale how you can prove that car is sold to so & so on so & so date,

if on 29th January police turn up at your place, as you are owner of a vehicle which is involved in a terrorist activity on 19th Jan 11.30 pm ??

use search glass option on top right for sale deed / transfer letter. You will see plenty of draft documents.
