Assalmualaikum All,

I will be travelling abroad in around 1 month. I have a car which i need to sell, but it is registered on my brother's name.

Now one Option is to sell directly and transfer to the buyer.
Second Option is to first transfer it to my name and then sell and transfer to buyer.

Why i am considering Second Option is because for First Option after selling , i will have big money transferred to my account and i will not able to provide the source.

Is it safe and legal to go with First Option as it is convenient for me

Yes, no problem with the first option.... Legally your brother will be selling it

Thanks for your response. Once Sold out, My brother can transfer money to my account right away or source of money need to be justified? Need to make Gift deed?
