Car Start problem Margalla

Assalam o alaikum PWs.
I am facing a problem with my Margalla (94-95), though its not much cool now a days in Karachi, but my car doesn't start in the morning (8 am). It works fine during day and night time.
strangely after one an hour, even in morning (9am), it get started by two or three self. Can anyone explain whats the problem and what should I do.

how much accelerator do u press while starting

@ Hash4u yes on CNG, I almost press full accelerator.
@ Alikanju, dear if it's Battery problem then how come it start after 1 hour in the evening and no problem afterward??
