Car Stolen, Got Recovered but Chassis tempered. Now i want to sell the car

Aoa,

My car got stolen from RWP and was recovered by anti car lifting FSD.
Original book was inside the car when it was stolen
Supardari done both from FSD and RWP..
I was contacted because of Laboratory testing and got the car through Engine Number as Chassis Number was tempered...
Now I have the car and want to sale it.. Plz guide how can i get duplicate copy made from ISB and how can I sell this car as its chassis is tempered...

Can a tempered chassis car be transfered..??

Any guidance would be highly appreciated..

Sell it off with a grain of salt. Although you haven't mentioned the make and model of the car. I assume the car was ICT registered (from your statement of course), so just go to Motor Registration Authority. Additionally,
