Car suggestions for budget around 12 lac

I have a budget of around 12 Lac (can squeezed a bit higher but not too much higher) am totally confused to go with which used sedan. I am inclined towards optra out of these 4 but i am open to the suggestions. Kindly help me out and suggest based on your expertise and experience:

1. Optra
2. Lancer
3. Corolla (2004-2008)
4. City (2004-2008)

Try to find an under rated Lancer 1.3 or 1.6 better if you find 1.6 it can be easily found within 700-900k and after purchase keep to the max 150k aside and spent it wisely on its maintainance( sorry to those saying spares are not avaialable ) and enjoy a super and comfortable ride

Do you have idea about fuel average difference between 1.3 & 1.6?
Plus what do you think about lancer 1.5? Does it has same parts as 1.3 or 1.6? It's fuel average?

Corolla or Civic of same model only
In Corolla, Altis is preferred as most people keep it with care, XLis and GLis are misused

I have a garage issue right now, parking corolla in the street is a big risk for me. Do you think corolla drive and comfort is better than others? Plus it is really hard to find corolla in good shape, all i have seen are beaten corolla's.
What do you recommend? XLI, GLI, Saloon or Altis? or even 2.OD?

What i know, i may be wrong, civic has bad fuel average. So it is not in my wish list

imo lancer is the best option then civic and atlast corolla

Body parts are all same either 1.3 or 1.6 Lancer just lights are different in appearence but are inter changeable with each other rest engine parts do differ and fuel average is more a less the same.

Lancer parts easy available in Islamabad/Rawalpindi? I hope they are not that expensive
Plus i don't know much idea how to check car for the issues, should i take a mechanic with me or should i avail pakwheels car inspection service?
Anyone has experience with pakwheels car inspection service? some says it is not good enough...

There is no such local assembled lancer or any Mitsubishi car till the date assembled in Pakistan so do check the car although it seems to be a little overpriced but has an advantage of being JDM plus lesser time used in Pakistan
