How did they verify you as a tax payer? From the FBR list or did you take something along?

I paid token couple of days at GPO lhr. Wahan ka procedure bta rha hon.comp to kryane ki shop pe b pre hote hein ajkal.

I will be going to GPO too. I have the acknowledgement reciept for tax return of last year and my name is also included in the ATL by FBR. I dont have the NTN Certificate, never bothered to get it as my RTO is listed as Karachi. What do u advise?

Can anybody please tell me what is the registration cost of toyota Passo 2014 (1000cc) in Karachi. My car dealer called an agent who demanded 10000 non negotiable as his fee and he didn't even tell me the registration cost, I want to know the registration cost for tax filer. @capsat sir, Do you have any info regarding this? And is it okay if I try to get my car registered without the help of an agent? or is it too much khwari?

Yes after 28th 2016 tax payer list will only show filers who submit their returns after 1 july 2015.

I have a 1988 Corolla imported in 1993. I have been told that if a car is older than 20 years you are not required to pay the Token Tax. If yes, can anyone advise me on this with evidence of a written document that I can show to the police if stopped.

For 10years & more older vehicles, the income tax is waived off while the professional and token tax remains the same.

So from the above charts, you can calculate your token tax, just don't add the 'income tax' amount...

I just sent the complet e return copy of last year , no they did not ask for any thing else.

Today i was quoted 42500 for tha past 4 years tax (2012-2013 / 2013-2014 / 2014-2015 / 2015-2016), vehicle is civic 2010 ...

No.
Last year income tax was increased from Rs.3000/- to Rs. 6000/- for 1300cc Honda City. (non-filer)
I paid Rs.6348/-(income tax+token) at ETO Islamabad but the ones who paid token at post offices were charged old amount i.e Rs. 3348/-
So this year you will have to pay arrears i.e Rs. 3000/- plus this year tax Rs. 6348/-
Total is Rs. 9348/-
