reached post office 4:30 and found out it closed at 4 pm on week days kkg
on fridays it closes at 12:00

someone asked how to change post office,
go to the post office you want the tokens transfered.
give a written request for reason of change.
pay 50 rupees for transfer of post office
application is signed by authorities of post office and ur good to go

With holding Tax (WHT) will be recovered when I will pay my ncome tax. It is sort of an advance income tax. Actually for a 2000 cc car the tax paid is only Rs 438 which is very very less as compared to any other country.
