what will you do with nbp list?
nbp or e sahulat etc is a facility only for smart card holders
people with books need to pay tokens at the same place previous token was paid.
for transfer take thumb print of previous owner and online appointment

post offices use blank stamp
on stamp usually sector is written. if its from a post office in G7 sector, the black stamp would mention it
5000 token fee and probably 25% penalty

This is the registration book of the car I bought. Its a 1988 Honda Accord. As you can see 1st owner was from F-7 ISB and 2nd owner (Seller) is from Sargodha and last transfer was done in 2004 in Sargodha excise office.

Now I need to transfer the car to my name. how it will work for me?

Aoa dear pakwheelers,
I have suzuki khyber 1992 model khanewal registered.
It was on the name of ist owner but in 2014 i transfered it manually in KpK on my name..
My car is having old registration book manual one and with no file i believe it would be in excise office khanewal.
Kindly tell me whats the process to transfer it and bringing everything upto date i.e (computerized number plate, book/smart card whatever it is nowadays and life time token etc)
I have paid its token uptill 2013 and that was also in Kpk
Transfered it in peshawar manually at excise office and they said they will send a letter to khanewal office

Kindly guide me what will i do now?
Inhave to visit khanewal for computerization of its plates smart card and life token ? Will there be any penalty of token not paid over 6 years

It was done in 2004. and all tokens are paid in Islamabad. If transfers are null and void. why would they let seller pay the token tax in Islamabad post office?

@hash4u says all transfers done outside Islamabad are null and void. Was that a rule back in 2004?
