Car Token Dedicated Thread (Process, Tax Amount, Registration, Smart Card, Online Tax)

My car is Punjab registered. Why do they charge me Income Tax during car Token fee payment if Income Tax is already deducted from my salary regularly ?? can anyone explain this. ?? ..

And can i get life time token??car is not under my name though.

^^ This year for cars upto 1000cc they are ONLY accepting life-time token in Punjab...no choice.
And the last date of payment is till the end of August, without any fine.

Today i paid around 18000/- for lifetime token. Got a 07-Coure RWP registered. It was supposed to be around 14700/- but since i have a duplicate book it jumped to 18k.

But i guess its worth it..getting rid of the token system once for all..provided that the Court suddenly doesnot realize that this scheme is unlawful just like the amnesty scheme...

As we do .... we not only exlude vehicle income tax but also the income tax deducted from calling cards .... and ptcl bills ..... for this we request the accounts person to deduct our tax around rs. 2000 less than the actual tax and that we will pay the remaining amount with the tax return. Then e.g. i have paid 750 rs as vehicle income tax and around 1000 rs on mobile cards, so i have paid rs 1750 as income tax, and as my tax deducted was less by 2000 rs so now i need to pay only 2000-1750=250 rs. I will pay that amount in prescribed national bank and then submit the return online.

National Bank kahan se agya sir ??
income tax gets deducted from my salary automatically by my organization.
My car token fee (including income tax) is deducted at the Post Office or ETO office.
National Bank is nowhere in this loop.
...
my question is:
HOW DO I AVOID BEING ROBBED TWICE BY THE SHAIR BROTHERS ??

Pehlay yeh batayain k aap income tax return khud fill kartay hain ya office walay khud hee jama karwa daytay hain. Or zahir hai jab tax may kami beshi ho gi to baki ka tax aap kahan jama karwayain ***... kya office may .... agar office walay khud he return jama karwatay hain to un ko aik note likhayn saath may wo receipt ki copy lagayain jo income tax vehicle ki waja say kata hai or unhayn kahayn k itnay paisay wapis karayn.

so i will give a copy of the receipt to my accounts office at my organization and avoid being robbed twice.

When you will file the income return to FBR. But the issue is that the FBR is returning the claims to co oprate level only, not to the individual. So you are paying indirect tax. Because the government is trying to expand the net tax circle, which can be achieved by indirect tax because very little of our population file income tax return and major portion is of black market, like the people which are working on cash, they are not the part of the tax return. Cutting the long story short, the existing tax payer will have to take extra burden. I hope you understand my point.

Paid 86 drift token tax whatever today. Rs1350.. damm money always going out from pocket just to drift. expensive sport

also i remember giving token tax last year that is of 2012 , also i can confirm through my registration book , i have tickets on it of 2012...but when i used mtms site and put my regstration number...i was shocked to see it said that the token was paid upto 30-6-2011...is the site updated or anything?cz i am damn sure my brother gave it...
