isb numbr cultus transfer cost was almost 2000 rupees
and took few days even through agent.

another friend paid 6k for aspire transfer.again it was not 1 day transfer, took few days

transfer rates have changed, did u not see the thread on pw
transfer of ownership for 1600cc car is now 50k n 100k for non tax payer
1lac for 1800cc n 2lac for non tax payer no matter which year car n new or old, a gift from govt

I believe yrs was 7k as for 1799 cc it was 8250 as i remember. Lets hope they dont do something idiotic as i heard abt collection of 3 yrs token tax was to be proposed in punjab budget. I think it will b confirmed in coming days or first of july.

Just heard on a news channel that there is an increase of Rs 4500 on cars from 1500 to 2000 cc.

oken tax on luxury and heavy vehicles has been increased by 100%. Similarly, Token tax on 1300-1500cc vehicles has been increased by Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000. Tax on 1501-2000cc vehicles has been increased from Rs 4,500 to Rs 9,000. Token tax on vehicles up to 2500cc has been increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000.

Total tax was 8250 as i remember and Rs 4500 might be some WH tax or advance income tax but i do not remember the break down. An increase of Rs 5000 (4500 to 9000) would mean total token tax of 8250 + 4500 = 12750.

Anyone remembers what the breakdown of these 8250 ?

Ok checked my registration, and here is the break up for 1799 cc
Motor Vehicle Tax :- Rs 4,000
Advance Income Tax :- Rs 4,500
Professional Tax :- Rs 200
Total :- Rs. 8,250

So does it mean that they have increased the advance income tax amount from Rs. 4,500 to Rs. 9,000 ?

Mubarak ho punjab govt.increase token tax. 1301 to 1500cc increase 3000rupe t0 6000rupe.1501 to 2000cc increase 4500 to 9000rupe & hybird cars token tax increase 300%........

i went with a similar question to the existing post office(asked if i could switch within city to another post office)
they told me to go to excise first,then come back to post office(complicated procedure), unless jan pahchan or chay paani, not worth it

It's shifted on Walton Road near Brains College. It's on the side of the road where there is a Utility Store and a few banks such as Punjab Bank. Ask someone on Walton Road and you'll get directions.

I recently paid for 2013-2014 and paid 360 fine for 12 months delay which is 30/month , this was in Lahore ETO

The guy told me that those who pay within 1-2 months of 2014 they don't get finned instead they get some discount for early payment as this tax is not due until August. But don't rely on this bit too much and pay your tax when due guys

I paid my car's (2010 honda civic) token upto 2013 and didnt pay the token of 2014, so what will be the token's total cost (fine included of 2014) upto 2015 ?

can i pay car tokens myself if it's on open transfer letter? can't it be transferred from eto to any post office? idk wtf is wrong with them last year they transferred it frm i-9 post to eto, can it b paid in 1 day at eto as I heard abt long queqes?

Dear All who have to pay token tax at ETO Islamabad, the office has been moved to H-9 in HEC building but it is not functional. As per the office person it will take atleast 10 more days to be functional.
