Can any one answer my 2 questions?
1: what are token charges along with surcharge?
2: car is transferred from 3rd owner to 4th one in Peshawar excise. If I want to transfer it to my name in Lahore, how will I provide them documents of 3rd owner?
NOTE: car is Pakistani Indus 1.6 gli 2000 model and tokens paid since 2005

Lancer 1.3 2007 Rs. 2330.
Prius 1.8 2010 Rs. 4390.

punjab rates for paying in july n after july given in main post. if ur is isb reg, penalty would b few hundred rup. its better to move to a post office in same province of registration.

is the car tied with any post office? else go to eto office.formula wld rate prevailing for particular year plus few hundreds in penalty.they will calc till 2014
