Salam, my car is less than 1000cc and token till 2019 is paid.
i need to pay the lifetime token tax from 2019 till date. koi bataye k penalty wagera kya hai aur kaise pay hoga.

Generate PSID first through ePay App - then pay it through your online banking under Govt / Taxes Tab.

My car isn't registered for the smart card, it has the registration book.
