I have recently purchased a new vehicle. Kal main na or seller na nadra e-sahulat shop sai biometric verification bhe karwa li. Ab jab main application tracking main status check kar raha hun tou jawab aa raha external verification pending. Koi bhai bata sakta hai kai yeh kia step physical inspection ka tou suna hai external verification ka nahen. Shukria.

Here are a few questions,

Did you use GoPB app for generation of challan for transfer of ownership fee?
Did you specify which excise office you'll go to for the physical inspection?

If you have paid the challan and the previous owner biometric is with you then you have to take the car with all the documents to the specified excise office in your transfer application and show it to the inspector. He will initiate the transfer and then you'll be issued a new card.

You have to visit the excise office which you selected during the biometric process

Also, try to get it done soon. My brother delayed the external verification for a few months and the application status was set to delivered with previous owner name. We got it fixed. But the smart card printing process now shows previous owner name instead of my brother https://vrcentpunjab.com/

i have a query.
i sold my car in Sep-23 to a show room in LHE. car is registered in LHE too.
i did not get the biometric done to the new owner. the show room guy sold it to some other guy. similarly it has been further sold to 2 more buyers. now the thing is k it is still in my name & no has contacted me to transfer it in their name.
what to do now ?
