In a weird situation and need help from experienced members
I am in possession of an imported car registered in Islamabad. Have computerized card. Its transferred to my parent via attested stamp paper from someone whose name is not on registration. There are probably more buyers / sellers in between.
On the card there is purchaser name, cnic and transfered to name and cnic.. I am able to trace purchaser but not the individual it was transferred to.
The purchaser swears he knows nothing as he was abroad during the period. But he acknowledges its his cnic and name..
At this point, I am lost as to where to go from here. The goal is to get this vehicle in my name.
Can anyone please give input?
