I wanna go into car buy n sell. Please advise how to verify the papers, engine no./chassis no. , police record of the car , given that its not practical to visit sindh/punjab or any respective excise offices with owners everytime and being so far away from respective excise offices at a time. Plz Also write about the worth of govt issued number plates weather they are a must or not with the car. Thank you!
