Car within budget of 17 lacs max

Assalam o Alaikum,

Brothers, kindly suggest an automatic car new or in used but good condition within in budget of 17 lacs maximum. This will be our second family car and presently we have Suzuki Alto VXL (AGS) so obviously cannot consider another Suzuki Alto AGS. Apart from it, what other options do we have?

It entirely depends on your choice whether you want a hatchback, a compact sedan, or a sedan in this price range. Secondly, what's your preference like good fuel average, cheap maintenance, drive comfort, etc.
For the hatchback, you can look for Toyota Vitz, Toyota Passo/Daihatsu Boon or Daihatsu Mira/Move.
For the compact sedan, you can consider City Prosmatec.
For the sedan, you can consider Civic Reborn Prosmatec or Corolla GLi Automatic.

The rest is your choice.

If you want Hatchback, then Mitsubishi Mirage all the way!

If Sedan, then many options are there in local as well as used JDMs, like City, Civic, Corolla, Nissan Tiida, etc.

It would be better if you could elaborate a bit further, and mention some preferences / priorities; like hatchback / Sedan, local / imported, engine cc., Etc.

It can be hatchback or sedan, but I guess it's pretty hard to find good condition sedan in my budget. So, basically focusing on hatchbacks.

My preference is, good condition low mileage car with good average and which don’t give us headache right after the purchase.

Brother go for honda city. Good fuel average and reliable car. U can get previous gen and shape city early models in this budget. Search pakwheels used car and if u will search hard with patience u might get low mileage car in geniune condition. Go for sedan as u already have alto without trunk. U will definitely love honda city. Dont buy hatchback is such a good budget. If i were at ur place i would definitely buy city in this budget.
