Hi. I have carbi cultus 2006. It is rarely used vehicle. This week i tried starting it with a perfect battery but it seems to be having some electric problem like its current is switching on and off. Even if i just put the switch on without ignition, the red lights go on and off at constant intervals like some relay is malfunctioning. Anyone can help, what issue is it.
