i just used caltex havoline Sg 20w50 and i am deeply not satisfied with the result .
also i just came back from my mechanic and he said black watery liquid from exaust means u have a unburnt petrol coming from exaust .

dude i have been using it in my 12 year old margalla for four years. i found it very good but the problem is that mostly fake havoline is sold in our markets. once i bought the fake and my engine was damaged. then i got from metro, the conditions got much better after i started buying from metro. p.s i found it so good that i did 185 kph on that car with weak rings for about half an hour and very little oil was burnt

God almighty there are so many people with so many misconceptions , in this small issue i have heard a lot of different things and reasons , anyways atlast with xulfiqar reply atlast this confusion really gets to the end , i understand a little water but in my case its a bit more water coming from exaust when engine is cold i take it this is normal .

test - Put on a mask - Park your car in open area apply parking brake, shift to P -(in auto trans) and Neutral in Manual trans - cover the tail pipe with best of your force and throttle the car, engine may stall or you will feel the force of exhaust thrust, release your hand intermitently and see what comes out, black soot , some carbon trash coming out

Goto some professional silencer shop, get the silencer removed from exhaust manifold junction to tail pipe, check silenceing mufflers seperately and replace the jammed sections.
will cost you a day but will be of great help. [/I]

excellent and very informative information i am really grateful capsat for such detailed info about my queury just last note to end this subject if i just ignore this carbon desposit watery black liquid would it be harmful for any sort or its just harmless thanks .

OK if its petrol then collect it in a container and put a lit matchstick in it - it should ignite if it were petrol.

i have already tried that technique xulfiqar and it didnt ignite or anything so the mechanic verdict was loads of bullocks really , it was what u mentioned or what basically capsat reckon now the only question left if i leave it that way would it be fine automatically because it used to be few drops of water before but after this recent tunning which seems to be very good water quantity increases aswell and the car now throws a bit more water i would say half glass of water with that blackish colour inherit . again is it normal on petrol , cng is fine just small drops of water with no blackish drops when i start car on cng in morning it just happens in petrol .

if you suspect your petrol then i would suggest you to put some oil (engine oil) 50 to 100 ML in your fuel tank in order to save your valves .... if your petrol tank is full then put in a little more ...

with the help of that engine oil that we will pour in petrol tank the valves should be more safe as that oil will give them a bit liquidish service and that helps those valves not getting dry , i think thats what antherax meant .

the valves are oiled by crankcase vent gases already, no need to feed it oil mixed with fuel
