I have issue with my alto vxr, hard to start in the morning without the choke, and producing black carbon in the exhaust. I tuned it by some mechanics but all in wain. Yesterday one told me its carby is chinese so can't be set. Whether you buy stock carby from Pak suzuki (which is worth 15-20k), or buy an indian one which is abt 4-5k.
What should I do???
Other problem is that the gear box has grinding sound in the cold start, when I press the clutch it stops. After the engine warm up it goes away. The gear is also leaking from the gear axil. Some mechs said its just clutch bearing issue, Some said its kharadias work, while some said use thinner gear oil (Zic) and some element (liquimoly antifriction for gears). The leak will also require the whole gear box to disassemble.
What should i do???
