@Xulfiqar my 98 margalla is running very rich i can see black smoke coming out of my exhaust but when idle it will give water droplets. Repaired the throttle valve (butterfly) serviced the carburetor 2 times. Air fuel mixture tuned accordingly on warm engine auto fan in working condition but no thermostat installed. Sludge coming out of distributor cap. Help

I know you from Pakwheels and Xulfiqar too I know you guys would diagnose it no time but sadly I have wasted 6k rs on carburetor overhaul 3 time 2k k hisab se fuel main alag paisey lag rahay hain or engine ki alag band baj rahi hai if you can walk me through this. k akhir itna fuel p q rahi hai sub kuch to dekh lia

Probably nothing wrong with throttle body / butterfly
You mean k carburetor main hi maslah hai or kahi koi maslah nahi hoga right ?in k ilawa koi issue nahi hoga right ? ill ask my carburetor wala to look in to these things.
It can also be due to stuck choke plate
Or if you have cng venturi (round nozzle shape thing) installed on top of carburetor
I have checked the choke plate and its working properly while on cold engine its full closed and and on warming up fully opened i dont know what else i could check.

you mean CNG kit se jo pipe carburetor or air filter k beech main hota hai ? haan laga hua hai wo to.PCV valve bhi change kerdia hai per itna ziada vaccum nahi hai us ka intake manifold vaccum se kum vaccum hai
Han wou pipe wgera utaar dou. Air filter box should be sitting directly on carburetor face.
It will be much better once you remove the cng venturi

okay. most likely the carburetor fuel tank area is in need of attention.
Unlikely to be the timing. its running too rich
Because car runs on CNG but because of Cng not available now a days its been converted to petrol. I think distributor is set to Advance Timing.
no that may cause knocking, but no black smoke.
