Carburetor setup for 78cc motorcycle

Hey everyone, i am looking forward to changing my bike carburetor from pz 19 to pz 22/pz 16 due to bad mileage and missing issues .. now i am confused on which setup to go with

I am considering pz16 and pz22 both of which will be CRLF (Chinese)
I will be installing 72 main jet on whatever i go with.. what will be better setup to run lean as i ride alone and my main purpose is better mileage

Pz22 flows more air then both.
If you want mileage you need to decrease both air and fuel.
There would be something wrong with your original carb.

Actually the main issue with my currect carburetor (pz19) is that it starts missing near when throttle is applied upto 20% throttle ... This seems like a slow jet issue but i have myself changed it with original jet from another carburetor

I have also cleaned entine carburetor using wire and card cleaner (poking and passing through all holes)
The main jet and needle jet are also fine and i have tried replacing them too

Have you change the settings of needle? That is inside the cup. Original came in the middle.
Check the plug gap. And try playing with the mixture.

Yes i have tried all 3 things u have mentioned above ... When i richen the mixture, rpm drop at idle but missing sahi ho jati h .... But then i have to increase idle speed because engine stalls.... Secondly, when I go for stoichiometric mixture, the point where mixture is set to max rpm .. the bike starts missing again at 5-20% throttle

Set the mixture at high rpm, Then set the idle using idle screw.

If idle is still not perfect set it using accelerator wire

What is the mileage you are getting?
Try adjusting mixture to factory settings.

I havent tested the average ... But the color of spark plug is completely black with carbon
The jets are as per factory settings

Install new jets
And set the mixture to oem specs.
Your mixture is rich assuming ignition current is fine.

I have also tried replacing jets... What i am thinking is that the issue is within the carburetor itself .. is it possible?

Could installing a bigger slow jet solve the problem? .. current is 32 .. upgrade to 35?

It's just a mechanical piece.
Have you check the wear on cup and needle?
Have any other bike in you possession? Try switching the carb.

It's fine.
You need to put another bikes carb on this bike and test it.

Time to buy a complete carb then Either carb will work.
Before that check for air leak inside the carb. After the slide.
