spark plugs are new...tappet adjustment already done....on cng car gives best performance,,,,,even in winters it starts on cng easily....problem only in low rpm that it gives black smoke and jerks,,,and engine shuts off

Alto Carburetor has 3 major fuel delivery circuits. One of them is idle circuit which work's till about 1200-1500 RPM then there is primary circuit also known as slow circuit in desi language that is responsible for about 1500-3500 RPM and third is secondary circuit known as high speed circuit that work's above 3500 RPM.. I am not quite sure about the RPM ranges but i guess so that would be enough to understand these circuits..BTW if mechanic ever cleaned the jets with some wire of something similar then those jets are junk install new one's.. Those are brass item's and on can easily damage them by doing such stuff.

Then it's fine.. Just get it checked with some Carburetor specialist for the throttle blade AKA butterfly... I think your problem is also same as mine. My car used to do the same..

I'm in Faisalabad. There is a workshop in the street near Arshad Motor's, Canal Road that guy opened up the Carburetor and took only the lower part of it in which the butterfly is to a Kharadiya at Samundri Road i don't know about that guy because only mechanic went there.. Kharadiya took 1000/-RS after some bargain and mechanic also took 1000/-RS for opening and cleaning the Carburetor.

Read that reply carefully i never went to Arshad motor's those guy's only do denting painting work.. And for your information normal charges for Carburetor cleaning are 1500/-RS while my Carburetor needed a new butterfly AKA throttle blade.
Just ask the mechanic for carburetor overhauling. What he will do is replace a few small parts such as washers, jets, and butterfly valve. I think there is a kit available called 'carburetor service kit'I had the same problem last year and got the carburetor overhauled for Rs. 2000 here in Karachi.

Used Carburetor's can easily cost you 5000-6000/-RS. Mechanic labour charges would be separate.
Atlast i was able to find an excellent mechanic in pindi who has fixed the carburetor of my alto. earlier i wasted lot of money and time but carburetor problem was not rectified. Sharing the details of mechanic Fe Sabelillah for betterment of all those who have problems in their car. I had the same issue with vxr 2006. Mechanic (in khi) took alot of months for diagnostic like this. I used to drive cng mostly.
Eventually the same mechanic found that there was a motor with fuel pump that was not taking load and hence the jerks. Had the motor replaced and problem solved.
