Carburettor expert in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

I have cultus carby. It is giving very bad fuel average around 7 kmpl. And plugs and exhaust are black. According to mechanic its butterfly is broken
Can any body tell me any good mechanic who can make good butterfly and do good setting of carburettor in Islamabad Rawalpindi.

Is it better to go to suzuki dealership than road side mechanics? Can dealership do satisfied work according to company specs? Do they do themselves or give carburettor work to 3rd party?
Any estimation regarding cost?

i have no clue
all i know is company will not repair anything
they will put in brand new. all 3S dealerships have decent customer service helpline by the way. call the one closer to you and double check.

if you go to any local mechanic, they will open it up...but still send it over on a bike to chah sultan for butter fly work
