assuming you have a driving license, remember all taxi services are now taxed by sind revenue board and your payments / point allocation will be against cnic number.
instead of careem / uber i 'd suggest contact some corporate office for contract service. many offices need vehicles for their staff commuting between different offices / sites. there are different plans for per hour / per kilometer long term short term contracts etc.
