If You Are Doing Custom Build Then NO .....If You Are getting A Branded Build CPU From Any Brand Then Yes

In 2nd Case Contact Saudi Airline And Make Sure They Accept It As I Guess Equipment Like CPU Are Highly Doubtful Item And Cannot Be Allowed In Cabin Baggae Unless Its Checked By Officials.... Get It Confirmed But Its Highly Risky To Bring A Fully Build PC With Case ... They Just Can Simply Refuse To Take It And Ask To Get Rid Of It

no manufacturer will provide you warranty coverage outside the country it is actually sold-in.
you may need to pay extra for international warranty coverage., and local vendor will use their discretion to replace part free but charge for service.

warranty is void if the unit is exported out of country of sale. for international warranty terms outside the country of sale check from vendor - PERIOD

I am in Pakistan and currently I will go to technocity to buy HP Omen X cube CPU
Specs:
1)I9-7990x
2)GTX 1080 ti 11gb gddr5x
3)32 or 64 gb ram depends on which i choose
4)512 ssd and 3tb hdd

I removed one ram to reduce it to 32 gb
Rest costed me around 275K pkr

So I am getting fibre optic internet because I am a heavy downloader. I download 20 50 gb files one or two times in a month and I also download gta 5 mods which are quite heavy. The initial installation cost is about 20K rupees but I have to pay only 2000 rupees for 2K pkr.
But my question is, do I really need fiber optic?
