Humm! That is strange. The only job done was the fixing of new cam bushes. Other than that there was no job done. Also you have fitted a new cam sparrow. Is it the correct part? Compare it to the old one with the brazing.

Anyhow just as a small point .... nothing to do with the fitting process but I noticed that the CAF gasket in between the cylinder head and cam cover (green) is too big and visible. It needs to be cut as per the profile of the cam cover.

Mubarik. Very nicely done. Looks like 90% done. Valve lifters remain or as they call them "tappets". Of course while fixing the timing chain I am sure you have set the correct valve timing. I noticed that you have trimmed some of the green gasket material but you still need to cut more of it off. Use a X acto knife to cut it. You will get a very neat look. These knifes are available at book shops selling art supplies.

ok abbasi sab the excessive gasket will be cutted later i have to tighten the bolts of cam sprocket and am missing my 10 mm wrench take a look this gasket its broken and its thin khair sillicon will also work kia khayal hay ?

Sir Silicon are usedly used on the tappet cover, oil sump! you can say its 50-50 if your silicon is original then it should do its work of blockage of oil! y don't u go for the new one or bani wii one?
Anyways congrats on your completion of project. Need to know that did u use torque wrench to tighten your bolts?

In my experience, taking short cuts often become long cuts. If Honda used a gasket in this place then you should not deviate from using a gasket too. Using just a sealant is not advisable. Making gaskets yourself is no rocket science. All you need is a good pair of small scissors and a bit of oil/petrol/water resistant paper of the correct thickness. Apply a thin layer of oil on the mating face, press this oily face to the gasket material and you will get the required profile imprint on the paper gasket, just cut along the imprint and within 5min you will have a gasket. Getting oil leaks later is not worth saving this small inconvenience.

BTW engine is looking awsome!!
