Dear Abdubasit Sb.,
Please understand that speed of the impact wrench and torque are totally different things. We all learn as we go and I am eager to learn something new from you. I have worked in many locations all over the world as a maintenance engineer on some pretty funky machines including gas turbines with specialist from GE. I have used pneumatic torque wrenchs but in all my 30 years I have never come across one which tightens to a prespecified torque value. I'd love to see one or at least a picture of one. Normally torque wrenches are of the following types.
I don't agree with your comment about accepting shoddy work just because the company is paying the man a low salary. Son, when you get to my age you will learn that there are two kinds of people out there. Those you do shoddy work and those who take pride in what they do. Money never comes into the equation. A bad mechanic will do bad work even if he is getting million rupees and a good mechanic will do a good job even if he got 20 rupees for it. People who take pride in what they do just cannot bring themselves to do bad work. It is just against their work ethics to do bad work. That, son, is a lesson I hope you will learn someday as you go along. In the case of the 5S workshop where you got your training, it is not the fault of the technician who was using cigarette box card paper to make gaskets but the it is the fault of his supervisor for accepting such work.
