wow nice DIY sand blasting but as I heard sand used in sand blasting is different specially when it comes to blast aluminum or soft surfaces (just heard it from the source where I got my stuff sandvblasted) he had packets of fine sand for using on different materials which can be purchased cheap from hardware shops.

I am also praying for Yasir sahib's success. I am following this thread from the beginning. msabbasi sahib (Jaguar fame)and vickytulla have contributed a lot towards the completion of this project. i don't think generator wires are required to start just connect it with battery and u can start the bike for initial checkup right?

Yasir Sahib, I am in Saudi Arabia and my bike is in Bahawalpur. I do have some parts there and I do not know the inventory.But I do remember some extra pair of Carbs laying around. If you need these , all you have to do is ask. I shall arrange with my son,who is in Bahawalpur, to send these to you. Wll sure be glad to help.

a bit sad story last night i tried to start the bike but battery got low coil was getting continuous voltage and got burn bought new one today ll give it a try again InshAllah

Very sad. Never leave the ignition switch on for any length of time. It fries the coil. That is what my father told be when I was a young man. That is especially true with cars and bikes with points

I noticed you have not connected the exhaust just as yet. I hope you don't have neighbours who complain about loud noises

material use for sand blasting is totally different from typical sand used for construction. it depends upon the surface to be blasted.
its kind of raw metal in fine particle shape which once used cannot be used twice.
special type suit to be wear when doing it also it need certain amount of air pressure.
would never recommend sand blasting on surface which is not corroded badly or on with thin metal construction.

now how i know this , its part of my job

So that means they guy from whom i got frame and head sanded was correct .... he was using different packets of sand for aluminium and different packets for metal surfaces..

I also fried the coil of Road master way back in time due to bad wiring and Coil got direct current and it turned out to be fatal it friend the Coil in hardly a minute...

this is very much big thing to care abbout in rides with Point system.

abbasi sab i didnt use its origonal wiring just made few wires to start the bike

the idle speed of the bike is not noisy just tup tup but yes if you accelerate this . ofcourse nebours will come ask khair to hay na bhai ?

before making direct connection i was like i have to remove the direct + wire to coil but you know i just forgot to remove it herhe

i will again try to start it today let see if am successful than sure will post the video
