vicky i am looking for for sunny day but realy time hasnt come yet to think about paint and cosmetic stuff just self thinking and googling the stuff watching and making the same things and remake like that is still faced many difficulties

In this position tank Color can be changed and decide very easily ...

thank you very much sajjid sab all things gone very smoothly but full of tension when the bike wasnt starting but now AlhammdullillAllh am moving towrds next challenges handling breaking gearing stuff really crucial but i will handle it posting few more pics

abbasi sab can you show me your compression check tool ? so later i may made 1 . and 1 more thing while the bike was start i open tappet cover the oil was very nicely dropping on cam shaft and was seem like cam is dip in oil. currently am making foot rest for the bike and have lots of work to do . chotay kamoo nay phansa k rakh dia hay i have to consider every angle welding making holes for break and gear shifts any how . thank you for your vist and giving time to my thread and very informative comments.

It is my pleasure to view, enjoy and comment on your brilliant work. Some good news and some bad news.

Good news is that if there is a healthy oil supply going to the cam shafts, then it is safe to say that the oil is also going to the cylinder walls.

Bad news is that I made my oil testing tool for my Triumph motorcycl back when I owned it sometime in the early 1980's. Since then I moved to many many locations and the tool has been long lost in all these movements. So I am no longer in a position to provide any pictures. If I was in your place, I'd go and buy one a/c gas testing tool. That is the tool the a/c mechanic uses when you go to check the refrigerant pressure in the car. You will end up with most of the hardware already made. The only thing needed will be the threaded connector that will allow the hose to be connected to the bike. your lath shop will be able to manufacture such a connector for you.

Regarding the "chotay chotay kaam" ..... If you have managed to do the "baray baray kaam to chotay chotay kaam bhe ho jain gayy".

Just keep at it and one day it will all be done.

abbasi sab when i fitted these footrest and sit on it hold handle bars it was really amazing and wonderful experience cant explain awesome driving angle.while building my bike in cafe racer style i was thinking like the seating angle would make me tired but whole thinking was wrong . have this helmet already but glasses need to search out .take a look ( lets goto 60s classic cafe racers )

I know you were planning to go cafe racer style with this bike. The cafe racer's riding position is not bad. Actually, at higher speeds the wind pressure presses against the chest and supports the forward leaning body quite nicely.

a little update.

the gas tank was 5 inches longer than stock so needed to be seated properly but the tiny hook was not letting it sit properly i was about to cut that hook and thats gona hurt first cutting in frame suddenly mind set to go for hammer and turn it problem resolved tank is seated properly installed wiring but still you guys can see lots of work needed yet and am getting closer day by day

Well, the bike is taking shape nicely. Is that the final position of the handle bars? If so, they are looking outstanding.....

the handle bars can be adjusted everywhere what i adjust best for my self was that position maybe later i could adjust according to shape and look
