about that meter abbasi sab 360 $ i can only imagine khair i built box for the meter and the this digital meter build a pakwheeler fellow. still when i installed it didnt looked bad to me may am i have to update switch button they are not build nicly i have to update manything later but this time am moving ahead to ride it .

now i want to discuss a serious matter :d and the matter is bike is standing on roof i have to take it down

Yaser Sb. just a suggestion, since you have already made the digital meter and you also have the analogue RPM meter plus you are an ace with fibre glass, why not make yourself a new housing of your design that can combine the digital meter and the RPM meter. An example of my crude design is below. I think something on these lines will satisfy @aximaxim

abbasi sab you always come up with nice sugestions the designed is accepted and will 100% make 1 .but the shape you designed for me was already in my mind i drop it just becouse the attaching case will be blank totaly

what if i made black cassing and add brass plate on top of it ?

Further suggestions are below. I know that you are trying to capture the retro look that is in line with the cafe racer but the present switches you I have installed are not doing justice to the fab look of the rest of the bike. I got the CD 70 handlebar drawing from the net and circled the switch gear. In my humble opinion they my look better that the present setup. The switch gear from CD 70 or any other bike can be cut and modified to your needs. Of course, at the end of the day, it is your bike and you are the artist paining the picture. Who am I to tell the artist how to paint the picture?

Why not? That will look nice. And you could drill a few holes in it just like you did on the foot peg stems. It will certainly go with the look of the cafe racer since the key element of the cafe racers was light weight.

Take it down the same way you got it up there ..... in pieces ...... heh heh!! Or you could keep riding it in circles on the roof. It will certainly keep the milage on your bike low:D

When I said the switches looked a bit goofy...... I meant "Goofy Good, not goofy bad" ........ its a crazy design.......a bit unrefined to be very honest but as far as I know yasir bhai he will somehow refine it. I mean it takes a lot of cojones to ditch handlebar assembly fittings and make some from scratch. They look Fun. I like them.

Yasir has managed to amaze us so far and im pretty sure he will come up with something....especially when he get ideas from you.

Im a little nervous though...... as you two are copying each other....... I hope you not paint some gold racing stripes on your Jag

i build that switches my self i admit that they are looking rough but i have future plans for updating them like speed o meter foot pegs i do need to see this post picture cant see them not on pc nor my cell phone than i will comment further

abbasi sab app nay top end to bata diya seem very easy to me what about front and round look do you want me to cover that as well ?or you just want me to cover that meter in triangle and attach it with round stock meter?

ok azeem you got it let me explain little detailed about switches length 44 mm width .75 inch depth half inches inside the handle bars there is iron rod welded to make it strong handle and trust me how hard for me to fix 1 screw along with 2 switches providing left right indicator with horn functions. the iron rod is is cover more than 50% gap inside now the wires are going from inside the handle bars was kasam say micro work for me

i think it has washable paper filter

stock air filter are not available . and this is good way to replace them they are thin and allow engine to breath easily plus they are washable if they are genuine i didn't tried yet ll try of course

This is NOT a foam-core filter. The washable type industrial grade filter is built to withstand frequent and moderate cleanings. An aluminum frame Eco-Aire filter is the lightest weight filter in the industrial grade class. It is designed for use in commercial and industrial applications to filter air, grease and coolant mists, and it can be used either dry or coated with filter adhesive.
