dont you have sort of industrial stores in your city? a place that sells tools for factories? They would have the threebond. Atlas Honda limited also use a product called "Hondabond" it is the same product that is used on the casing halves of Honda CG125E and CD70E engines when they are assembled brand new, Yamaha have it and they called it "YAMABOND" also used on the cases when they are brand new engines. These engines are assembled in Pakistan.
Go to a proper shop that sells spares or go to the motorcycle showroom and ask them to get it. If they say they havent heard of it then ask for a phone number of the local agent in the country, For Yamaha is DYL in Karachi, Suzuki is SMCPL, and Honda is Atlas Honda Motorcycles Ltd.
For repairing those gashes in the aluminium - find an industrial store and get a kit of Devcon aluminium epoxy, you would need to clean this area then apply it with a blade, once applied take a piece of glass with some fine sandpaper and face it till its flush with the original height - do not shave off the original material.
When sealing the valve tappet caps - threebond 1207B is called for which is the exact product Toyota sell as FIPG - also known in Pakistan as "toieta ki jenyan kaali shlikoan toob" - its used on toyota engines to seal the sump, timing case and other assemblies too. Any toyota showroom would have it. If not call Indus Motors and complain of malpractice of that showroom and ask where to buy it.
If I were in Karachi I would have sent you the correct items - I knew where to buy them, infact the agents usually dropped it to my place.
