every other lalu phattu institute is offering these types of courses. CCNA new version was launched last year, I've read good things about it on the internet, so its probably better that other certifications out there. Its not the institute that matters, its YOU that matters. All the resources are available online. You just need to make sure the institute has all the hardware available and you get to train on it first hand.
