I am going to replace my rear tyre of Cd-100 which is 90/90 18, with 13.00 18i am thinking of using my 90/90 18 tyre as front one, but tyre shop says it is not possbile what are your suggestions
Well i think it will be a tight fit.. But why putting such a huge load on small engine? I wont suggest you to replace front tyre with rear one. It will put an extra load and engine and you will feel sudden loss of acceleration
cd100 is heavy , lose some of it weight as a sacrifice than u can add some load.
Front tyre is 2.75 18, do you think 90/90 18 gonna be heavy for bike, front tyre is need to be changed so thats why i am thinking to change it with rear one
13.00??? ain't it the size of tractor rear tyres??? :o
i think i should have lose mine weight first as i am heavier then bike
bhai itna zulm na karo bechari 100cc par
No bro its bike tyre but heaviest one you can get in cd 100find attached image

lage hatho purana rear tyre bech dete henany one intrested in 90/90 18 tyre in good condition from isb or rwpthe seller told me that this is tyre of 125 deluxe i am not sure reason i am replacing i want more road grip
........... ....... zada se zada b byke ko kia ho jay ga ..... fit na hua to wapas pehlay wala laga dena.
How wheel size and load distribution of 2wheeler are related ?
eg : larger diameter front-wheel than more weight on front-wheel or back-wheel ?
Lol... Search the forums.. You will get the answer
You have not specified the reason of changing the rear tyre from 90/90-18 to 3.00-18?
as i already mentioned i need more road grip thats why i bought 3.00 18 with big guddi/cuts
3.00 ain't gonna give you more grip than 90/90. that 90/90 is sporty design with more rubber contact with road + it's bigger than 3.00. This big guddi tyre will be better in off roading only.
CD-100 stock tyre are PERFECTLY normal..I have clocked 8k Kms and there is no issue with the Tyre size..
in my personal opinion 3.00 give more surface area contact with road and this lack in 90/90 bcz of U shapefind attached images of 3.00 normal and 90/90 installed in cd-100s
its fine if u had brought it , enjoy ur ride ......(A).....(H).........
bigger tyre will require bigger rim. 90/90 needs 2.15 inch wide rim (Deluxe's rim) for proper setting. 1.6 inch rim of CD100 won't cut it.For this very reason, i have Deluxe 2.15 rim in my GS to compliment 100/90 tyre. while most pakwheelers are happy using 100/90 on stock 1.6 rim of GS
I agree 100%
