CD 70 Tappet Adjustment, 14,000 KM completed

Hello to all Pak wheelers,

I have a question Related to my CD 70 2020 Model today. I have bought it zero meter and from until then I do the
Tappet adjustment myself every 3000KM if needed be.
The Valve clearance I keep is 0.10MM.

Now what I want to ask is, it ran 14000KM and I still do 0.10MM which I feel like there is tappet sound coming out but very minor. Do I still keep it at 0.10MM or do I move to 0.9MM or 0.8MM ?

What are your thoughts on it if anyone is a mechanic or specialized in this.

Just keep it within the range provided in service manual.

If I keep it in the range provided, I hear a tappet sound minor, what about with engine running 15000KM, the tappets should be adjusted tight also ?

When does manual tells to adjust or check the tappets?
No matter how much it's driven, until service manual tells you to adjust relative to mileage then only do it, otherwise set what is default.
There will always be a little noise for an ear to hear.

Thanks for the perfect answer, Now I got it what you mean, I will re adjust it to the factory settings tomorrow in a cold start and then do it, But in Specifications it says that do check it after every 2000KM.
