CD-70 vibration issue

AoA all,
I have serviced front shocks, handle and front rim a month ago. After that, the bike has increased vibration issue especially at higher speed 40-60 (though vibration is common and stock for cd-70 but this issue doesn't seem like stock). I can't see road view in the mirrors due to that. Riding my favorite cd-70 is not fun anymore.

I have seen youtubw videos, different mechanics stating different reasons for this, such as handle, shocks, engine, etc etc.

My guess is that this vibration may be due to bad allingment of rims by rims wala guy. I may change to a newer rim (regular)or alloy rim if necessary. But i don't know if that will solve the issue. Though rims are not that expensive, I doubt about fitting the spokes by rim wala will create wrong allingment again.

get the rim and tyre inspected by mechanic or some other wheel thru wala.
he will tell.

Is it a vibration, like a bent wheel? Ex.. you can feel it through the handle bars or a body vibration?

Figure this out and it may guide you in the right direction. It could very well be a rim or tire issue. If possible, if you have the resource, swap another 70's front and rear wheel/tire combo on yours. That is an easy way to rule out both rims and tires. Hopefully you can find someone who can help you do this

Yes thats what I had in mind. I will do as you said. Actually once the wheel was bent in the past and it already repaired. The tyre is almost new.

The vibration feel like the wheel is wobling all through the way. It feels more and more as the speed increases. Due to which mirror can't give a good view.

BTW, rims are available with and without spokes. What do you think which one is better?

For the rim question an expert should weigh in, as I am not an expert on that lol.

If the vibration increases with speed i feel it is a rim/tire problem. Just because a tire is new doesn't mean it's good. I've had new tires installed on cars that turned out defective cause large vibrations felt during operation.

It's hard finding a good mechanic in pakistan, but my recommendation is if you know a trustworthy one, take the bike there and have them inspect. Or, have a friend put the bike on the stand while you spin both the front and rear wheel individually. Look at the tires head on and search for any abnormalities. If a rim or tire is bad, it will be evident in this test.
