Cd70 China (UNIQUE 2011) brake issue

Installed a new sleeve in front wheel long with new brake pads. While I was in there, replaced the rear brake pads with the front's used ones as they had more friction material left. A problem arised; the rear brake, when pressed does jerks or jumps. The brake tightens by itself during use back and forth. It's like increasing pressure on the brake back and forth but I am not doing so. What could the problem be? Let the brake pads wear a bit more or reuse the old pads as they were reusable...

does the tyre jam and locks?
or it feels like brakes are continually pressed?

When I take it above 30 or 40 and use only the rear brake its loose. Full press isn't as strong as it was before. But it's as if there's a bulge in the drum that makes a part of the pads hook to it. It's loose but strengthens in pulses, and if the brake is held tightly until 10kmh or 5kmh. The 'bulge'lets the tires loose grip and skid.... Am willing to reinstall old pads but, if i can make these work, would be much happier.

looks like your pads are sticking with the drums. happens when pads get old and uneven.

It was actually not the case. Don't know how you'd judge the pads in the picture but they were in good condition. Installed the wheel incorrectly by making the wheel look to one side too much. Not aligned that is. It did wobble a tad bit on the highway, just enough to be noyiced when one focuses on it.

And the bearing had it coming. The missing 1 or 2 balls from the bearing that you see in the image, I never actually found it/them.

Shops are closed right now due to CoViD19 lockdown on Fridays and Saturdays in Islamabad. Will be installing a new bearing in the machine shop on sunday INSHALLAH.
AM Unable to install it myself as the outer shell of the bearing is left in the drum which can't be removed easily.

you posted the pictures after my reply.
between they look fine.
bearing is the cause. as your wheel would be moving from it's position due to broken bearing.
