CD70 Front Tyre Pucturing Again and Again

Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone,

I am facing a very strange problem from past 2-3 weeks that my CD70's front tyre get punctured within 1 to 1.5 days. I got the punctures fixed several times and even changed the tyre and tube changed in the process but the issue persists.

Nobody is puncturing it as i kept the bike inside the house to check and same thing happened.

Does anyone know what sorcery is this? I am getting insae by thi as whenever i need to go somewhere i see it flat tyred in front of me. Please help.

If its getting punctured again and again without interference of something external, like nail, stone, etc., or someone intentionally puncturing it, Then only logical explanation seems to me is; something is puncturing it from the inside.

Its rubbing against the tyre / tube resulting in puncture.

It can also be the spoke / sprocket, but rest assured, no "Jaadu, Tona, Saya" is involved in it.

Does it get punctured again and again from the same location?

Next time, when the tube / tyre gets punctured, GOD Forbid, mark the location from the outside, as well as inside, and carefully observe it. I am quite sure, you'll reach the culprit, as something will ne there causing all this.

Definitely its faulty rim some kinda sharp edge in rim. Also check spoke screws raised sharp corners of them also puncture bike. Spokes alignment guys usuaully hammer them little bit.

Thank you for the replies guys. I took it to the third shop and he ensured me that the issue isn't due to rim patti because the punctures are being done from the outside and not from the inside of the tyre.

Upon close inspection, he found a tiny hole (like its done with small nail or pin). For now, he put another tube by cutting it and said that it won't happen again. It's the 2nd day since i visited him and it hasn't happpened. Let see for happens now, i will update.

Also, both my rear tyres have cut tubes inside.

Your tyre Rim puncturing the tube again and again because you used your tyre long time with low air in tube that is why now your rim punching the tyre when ever you take ride.JazakAllah
