Frankly I haven't done any experiment so can't say.
But the general consensus is that bigger dia tyre within certain limit will make drive comfortable and increase road grip but will affect fuel mileage negatively.
I m not aware of any experiment done to it.
Also there should be a balance between the front and rear tyre. To keep Bigger front tyre in motion will require rear tyre (engine) to exert greater pressure/force.
Also I m not sure if fitting these mentioned tires is possible.
Rim with greater or small total dia ma tilt bike balance. It might raise or lower it in inappropriate proportions.
Also suspension might get negatively affected.
