New is for 53-54. A couple thousands over the budget wont be an issue for somebody spending 50k.

I would not recommend buying a used phone. Youve got plenty of budget. Market is full of refurb and american used phones which are absolute poop. They cause problems in long run and in short run. The shopkeepers dont even tell if the phone is refurb or not. Why put your 50k at stake for saving just 4 to 5 thousand ruppees? Get a new note 4 910c with eyes closed.
Any one selling Note3 original one with imei matched box (not the american kit or refurbished )

yes you are absolutely right... Note 4 (910c) new price...Actually i have used many samsung cellphones..for now i am thinking to change to ios... Main thing which matters alot for me is.. Camera and battery...

One with official warranty and accidental coverage is for 60+. The one for 53 is without warranty. But there is no issue. Turn on the phone. Dial #0# and see if hardware is completely working. Then call using the phone. Swipe here and there. And if theres no issue then pay the money. Make sure it has a fast charger in box. That shopkeepers often take out and put a normal one. That is hard to find here and is expensive and is a useful thing.
