these days Korean sets are available and believe me if you are little bit tech they are best becoz normally they are cheaper 5-10k compared to same international model and they offer some time better hardware compared to international variants. this is general suggestion to every buyer who have limited budget and looking for more.
e.g international S5 used is available from 30-35k whereas Korean one is available from 24-30k similarly for G3 , Note3 etc. i have been using many Koreans sets with custom ROMs and they are the best but you should buy it from reliable source and better you should have technical information.
i will try to share my mobile suggestion in thread as well since i understand this business from past 5 years but i will be specific to Lahore only
