Guys, How Much should a NOTE 3 Used Imported kit, Not refurb as claimed by seller should cost?
Im giving my Grand 2 to him for 17k while he is giving me Note 3 in exchange for 28k. Is the price Okay? Is it worth Buying??
Any Special things to check in the set while buying?

No idea about used phone prices and checking used phones. I always prefer to buy new ones, peace of mind.

Btw new 'factory' refurbished phones are good enough and work perfectly fine, as the original ones, but the 'factory' refurbished phones should cost you much less than the original phone. The problem starts when you pay price for the original and you get a factory refurbished phone or worse locally refurbished.

-factory reset and check model number and device status from download/recovery mode.
-http://www.imei.info , check specs and blacklist too.
-confirm exact model number i.e N9000, N9005 etc and match the specs and operating frequency of 3G and 4G etc.
-Check everything by dialling #0#
-Check screws, seals, accessories, ports, buttons etc thoroughly.
-Check the refurbishment status and all other info using this app.

-camera lens scratches.
-battery date and physical damage (swelling etc).
-get it written on receipt 'non refurbished and check warranty' and after buying, email device serial number and IMEI to Samsung to confirm that its not factory refurbished.
-any abnormal heating or lagging may indicate motherboard related issues.

These were some of the lessons learnt after hearing other person's bad experiences!. I have it already pre written, so i paste it with some minor tweaks[emoji12].

Two days ago, an acquaintance brought a brand new imported Samsung phone for Lollipop update. I checked the phone info with this app and its charger connect count, it was 371 and headphone was 84, meaning it was a repacked used phone!.

If ur lcd is not internally damaged then it might be because of lose conector either the lcd to flex or flex to board depending which xperia is it. If it is repaired previosly thn check the conectors.

Best new phone under 20000 is, Honor 4C, Lumia 640 dual sim, Lumia 640 XL.

For 1GB RAM ANDROIDS, which are mostly under 20000.

1GB ram Androids usually have lagging issues, mostly because of installing too many 'social and IM apps'. Other than these, they work very good and fast.

I am using stock 1GB ram Android phone with minimum possible 'Social and IM apps' and 150+ other apps and the phone is 99% lag free. Use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc on phone browser and the 1GB Ram phone will work good without lags.

These 'social and IM apps' are always running forcefully (even in background) and cannot be kicked out of ram by Android when it gets low on ram, whereas most other apps (including bloatware) are kicked out of ram immediately the moment Android is low on ram and it needs more free ram.

Ram full = lag

Battery and Ram boosters = junk

They are the culprits of lagging in 1GB ram phone, because they forcefully stay in ram all the time, even when the ram is full!

If people still want to use many 'social and IM apps' on 1GB ram phones, use greenify and greenify them.

Bloating 1GB ram device with Line, Viber, kakaotalk, tango, whatsapp, oovoo, wechat, imo, kik, Facebook, snapchat, messenger, Skype, Instagram, BBM, twitter, LinkedIn, ching pong, ping ping, etc all at the same time gets your 1GB ram on crutches!. Use only what's REALLY necessary.

I am planning for Lumia 640, that's why i also asked about reliable online retailers here.

Lumia 540 is also awesome, only drawback is no HD video recording. Other than that, its perfect.

Lumia 640 adds additional Gorilla glass, 1080P HD video recording, snapdragon 400 and slightly bigger battery in about rs. 1000-1500 more than the price of Lumia 540. Rest both are same.

Windows phone are best choice under 20000, as they are 'lightning fast' and no heating issues at all.

I owned Lumia 430 (dual core) for few days and it was noticeably faster than Core Prime and Grand Prime [emoji1]. So imagine how fast these quad core Lumia 540, 640 and 640 XL are!
